Who Momentum is:

Momentum provides the best, most comprehensive, full range Internet services on the market today. We were established in November of 1996 in Blanco, Texas. We started out first, as just an Internet Service Provider. Over the years we have grown to include these services:

We have an in-house team of professionals, project managers, graphic artists, HTML designers, database programmers, networking specialists, certified computer repair specialists, sales staff and technical support experts; all working together to provide the best service available.

Because of our size we are able to provide customers with customized personal solutions that meet their needs. Also giving us the ability to work one on one with our customers insuring them the highest level of customer support.

Simply put, our goal is to provide the best service in the Texas Hill Country. We would like to thank all of our customers for their continuing support, helping us to grow, and enabling us to meet our goals.

Somewhere along the line, we've become convinced that the key to creating a truly great organization is an intense focus on the values that guide its people's actions. These are Momemtum's "Core Values and Beliefs". If we don't seem to be living up to them, call us on it!

I want to thank all of the good folks at MOMENTUM ON-LINE for the 3 years of reliable service ya'll have provided. Through this service, I was able to complete an entire Masters of Educational Technology program through the University of Texas system...entirely with Momentum On-Line. In essence Momentum On-Line was my classroom. You kept this service functional 24-7-365. There were times I was on-line all night and all weekend. Even limited to a dial-up modem, I was able to view all of the streaming video files sent my direction, access all of the research documents in the deep internet at the vast on-line UT library system, and attend all of the live time discussions that were required of me. All of this was accomplished with very few glitches, and when they did arise, someone was available promptly to provide assistance. Because of your service, I received my masters degree on December 16, 2006.

Thanks you for providing such a wonderful service. Internet connection has opened a whole new world for me. I'm selling on line now and have a whole new career opening up.

Your cheerful help to me when I call has been much appreciated. Most providers won't take a crack at such things as why my keyboard won't work and some of my other off the wall questions. One of the best ways to tell how much people appreciate you guys is the way you are always running out of phone lines. The growth you are experiencing is your return on the good karma (or whatever) you have for being helpful and patient. Also noteworthy is the way you keep us all informed of the goings-on. It makes us feel a part of the "family".

I'm impressed (again) by how fast Momentum reacts when there is a problem, either internally, or with the backbone, or local telco connections. I don't know what was going on late this afternoon when connections went in the tank, but you-all really got things working again in a hurry. You make it possible for me to do quite a bit of my work out of the house, and I appreciate it.

The WDSL works great! Installation couldn't have gone easier, and I got my VPN running in 10 minutes (after I downloaded the latest VPN client release).
